How we diagnose it
Our Silverfields technicians don't guess — we test. We read any displayed LG error code against the LG service manual, measure sensor resistance and supply voltages, and confirm the named circuit on your Side-by-Side before recommending a repair. For component-level work we isolate the part and verify it independently of the rest of the system.
The repair, done right
We measure each sensor's resistance across the temperature range, compare to LG spec, replace the drifted sensor with an LG-spec part on your Side-by-Side and verify stable cycling. On Silverfields call-outs we confirm the display matches the actual cabinet temperature.
